The new product series "fun-flexx® - play and fun tunnels for ferrets" will be presented for the first time at the 3rd North Rhine-Westphalian Ferret Day in Mönchengladbach (13.11.2010). These offer a visible pleasure - both for ferrets and their owners.
fun-flexx® ferret tunnels are transparent, highly flexible tunnels with an inner diameter of 12.5 cm and 15 cm and a standard length of 4 meters. They offer ferrets what they need and love: plenty of room to run around, various possibilities for exploration, and appropriate retreats in the tunnel systems.
For ferrets, a daily free run preferably with contact to their owners is very important. The animals like to participate in people's lives and include them in their games. They have an enormous curiosity and must always investigate the environment. Keeping them in a species-appropriate manner should therefore be a priority and take these preferences into account. fun-flexx ferret tunnels support the optimal keeping of ferrets: due to their extreme flexibility, they always offer new ways of laying and new exploration possibilities and challenges, retreat possibilities included. Guaranteed fun not only for ferrets, because the animals are always visible through the transparent material.
Two different tunnel types offer pure fun:
- Type fun-flexx® PE made of crackling material
- Type fun-flexx® PUR made of transparent material
The crackling material of the fun-flexx® PE additionally encourages the natural play instinct. The translucent, robust material of both types of tubes offers optimal light penetration and always a view inside. Thanks to their high flexibility, the tunnels can be laid in S-shapes and U-shapes, making them ideal for recreating species-appropriate tunnel systems. They can be used both indoors and outdoors.
The low weight and compressibility of fun-flexx® ferret tunnels make them easy to transport or store in a space-saving way.
