At Fakuma, the Masterflex Group will be presenting connection solutions from the Masterflex, Novoplast Schlauchtechnik and APT brands. The focus will be on the Master-PUR Performance extraction and transport hose. This spiral hose made of PU is absolutely smooth inside, abrasion-resistant and flexible. It can withstand the highest loads, for example when transporting granulates and other demanding or highly abrasive media.
Thanks to its seamlessly smooth and dead-space-free inner lining, the Master-PUR Performance offers optimum flow conditions with only minimal flow losses. A pleasant side effect is the higher flow rate with lower energy consumption. This makes it generally less cost-intensive.
The Master-PUR Performance also has twice the abrasion resistance of conventional TPU hoses. A further advantage is the freedom from edges: it ensures that no more material residues accumulate in the hose and that it is easy to clean after use.
In addition, the Master-PUR Performance is extremely flexible and can be installed quickly and easily even in tight spaces.
