The various hose types in the microbe-resistant hose range impress with their outstanding abrasion resistance and largely smooth inner wall. This reduces swirling of the suction material to a minimum - resulting in maximum suction performance with extreme wear resistance. A special manufacturing process ensures that the metal spiral is firmly cast into the hose wall. The wire cannot chafe against the wall and even extreme bending radii do not cause any distortion of the hose profile.
The super-light and highly flexible hoses enable user-friendly operation. The weight reduction compared to comparable rubber hoses is more than 40%.
The various types of polyurethane hoses are available in all standard sizes for all large and small sweepers as well as leaf suction equipment, for side use as suction hoses, as rear and leaf suction hoses in transparent or black versions. On request, the hoses can also be supplied with firmly molded end sleeves for a friction-locked, tight connection.
Master-PUR STEP MHR hoses keep their shape well even when stepped on or run over. The PU film hoses are tread-resistant, resistant to microbes and hydrolysis, and can be manufactured with an additionally incorporated grounding strand to dissipate electrostatic charges in accordance with TRBS 2153. They always straighten up again due to the integrated plastic profile helix. Damage due to carelessness can thus be ruled out and a longer service life of the hoses is guaranteed.
The use of highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane in the manufacture of Masterflex hoses ensures maximum service life. This material is environmentally friendly, resistant to aging and cold flexibility, but above all it is resistant to microbes and hydrolysis.
