A good idea never comes by itself, it always arises only where one was and is in search of better solutions. This is just one reason why ourFlamex B extraction hoses were the first to fully meet the requirements of DIN 4102 B1. Today, we have developed further innovations from this, which are both extremely flexible and resistant to deformation.
The hoses are used specifically for woodworking machines, extraction systems and equipment in the woodworking industry and meet all the requirements of the Holz-Berufsgenossenschaft. The development of these innovative hoses has led to the fact that flame retardant hoses are now mandatory.

Particularly in work areas where extraction hoses are laid in the floor area, e.g. on mobile dust extractors, there is a risk of hoses with wire spirals being deformed by falling objects or carelessness. This results in a reduction of the extraction performance or even in the hoses becoming blocked.
MASTER-PUR STEP hoses always straighten up circularly, even running over them with a forklift cannot cause permanent damage to the hoses.
