Gelsenkirchen/May 2008. Masterflex AG presented Master-Clip hoses with a diameter of 2 meters for the first time at the Hanover Fair.
The adhesive-free and seamless clamping profile design of the Master-Clip series offers hose technology with the widest range of applications. Master-Clip hoses are not welded, glued or sewn. By means of an external steel spiral, the materials used are clamped to form hoses with high tensile strength. This process allows special fabrics to be processed into high-quality suction and blower hoses. The fabric wall, in conjunction with the external spiral, permits extremely low bending radii and thus high flexibility. Depending on the external or internal stresses, the hoses can also be manufactured in multiple layers.
As air-conditioning and ventilation hoses, the Master-Clip series is durable and reasonably priced. Master-Clip chemical hoses made of Teflon®, Viton®, Kapton® or Hypalon® offer high chemical resistance. Master-Clip high temperature hoses are suitable for operating temperatures up to +1100°C.
The outstanding product characteristics of the hoses include:
