Master-PVC L-F EL: Electrically conductive PVC film hose <106 Ohm
Masterflex AG will be presenting a new hose type at the trade fairs starting soon: the Master-PVC L-F EL. With this electrically conductive film hose, Masterflex AG is expanding its range of electrically conductive hoses. The newly developed film hose made of soft PVC is characterized by its electrical conductivity (<106 Ohm), high flexibility and excellent resistance to chemicals, acids and alkalis.
The Master-PVC-L-F EL is suitable for the transport of solid, liquid and gaseous media. Especially in hazardous areas, where electrical conductivity is required, as well as in chemical plants and in apparatus engineering, where fine-grained particles such as dusts and powders have to be conveyed, this hose will find optimal conditions of use.
It has the smallest bending radii and extremely good flexibility. The PVC film hose is suitable for temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C, and for short periods up to +80°C. It is available in diameters from DN 50 to DN 300 and in production lengths of 10 meters. Of course, special requests such as other lengths and further diameters can be manufactured on request.
