The patented templine® heated hose system from MASTERFLEX has been synonymous with the optimum transport of a wide variety of media for many years. At BondExpo, the international trade fair for adhesive bonding technology in Stuttgart, the new templine® VARIO heated hose will be the center of attention: MASTERFLEX will present the new templine® VARIO heated hose with replaceable inner core from October 10 to 13 in Hall 9 at Booth 9312.
"This is made possible by an intelligent 'hose-in-hose' system," explains templine® product manager André Meichle. "As a result, a wide variety of media can be conveyed with the same hose system within a very short time. And if the inner hose should ever become clogged, it can simply be replaced and the heated hose can continue to be used immediately."
All standard hoses with a diameter of two to 25 millimeters are suitable as inner hoses. These can be hoses made of high-performance plastics such as PTFE, PA or PUR or PU, but also smooth hoses. Areas of application for the heated hoses manufactured in Herten include hot melt hoses, analysis hoses (e.g. in systems for monitoring air pollutants or in industrial process analysis), on engine or roller test benches (for statutory emissions testing and vehicle certification), and in the transport of sample gases.
