Masterflex AG has launched a new type of hose on the market: the Master-Clip SPARK XL has been specially developed for the extraction of grinding dusts and welding fumes with increased spark content. The hose, which is resistant up to +200 °C, is also characterized by its very good mechanical load-bearing capacity, its abrasion resistance, high flexibility and very small bending radii. The hose is also largely protected against external wear by the external clamping profile spiral. The specially coated textile high-temperature fabric from which the hose wall is made enables further areas of application such as the extraction of hot and abrasive grinding dusts as well as use for increased safety requirements.
The hose is available in diameters DN 50 - DN 900. Almost all intermediate dimensions as well as special designs with stainless steel clamping profile are available from the manufacturer on request. Corresponding connecting elements can also be obtained directly from Masterflex.
