The advantage of the templine® heated hose from Masterflex: It reliably transports the conveyed medium within a temperature range of - 50 to + 300° Celsius. On the one hand, templine® is used when it is a question of maintaining a certain temperature level over the transport distance, such as for frost protection of liquid media. Or, on the other hand, it is a matter of increasing the temperature, such as heating wood glue for bonding in the furniture industry.

Due to its unique, patented design, in which four heating cables are stably braided in a spiral as part of the hose technology, the heat is distributed evenly and the hose is additionally stabilized without losing flexibility. As a result, templine® withstands even the extreme tensile and torsional forces that can occur on industrial robots. High-quality silicone foam ensures optimum thermal insulation. The advantage: templine® can save up to 30 percent energy compared to conventional products. This also means that the purchase price pays for itself more quickly than with conventional products. Thanks to its sturdy outer casing, the heated hose is protected from being kicked, rolled over or from abrasion.
An additional advantage: Masterflex can also mass-produce the templine® heated hose in lengths of over 40 meters using its unique, patented hose technology and a specially expanded production line. In comparison, this dimension is almost three times as long as current competitive offers of around 15 meters.
Robust and easy to handle
templine® is already prefabricated with a connection cable and can be connected directly to a corresponding controller.On request, templine® can also be configured with an integrated controller as well as a controller limiter in the connection housing.The templine® heating hose can thus combine four important properties: economical, flexible, optimal and ready for operation.
