Every year, the so-called “World Market Leader Index”, which lists all world market leaders from German-speaking countries, is compiled under the scientific direction of the University of Sankt Gallen using freely available company data. Once again, the Masterflex Group is one of these “World Market Leader Champions”. The entire list of world market leaders is published every year in the business magazine “WirtschaftsWoche”.
“We are very proud to be “World Market Leader Champion” again in 2025,” says Dr. Andreas Bastin, CEO of the Masterflex Group. “It confirms that we have continuously positioned the company well in recent years.” The title also underlines the Masterflex Group's strong international market position.
To make it onto the list of world market leaders, companies must fulfill a number of strict criteria:
A global market leader must be number one or two worldwide in terms of revenue in at least one relevant market segment
At least 50 percent of the annual turnover - lower limit: 50 million euros - must be generated abroad and on three continents.
The owners must be based at least in part in Germany.
